Heating: Forced air oil; wood-burning stove with stainless 8" chimney liner, needs cleaning annually; fireplace, would need to have a proper line installed before use, I have never used it as a fireplace.
Water: Water well is inside the house, in hallway between kitchen and garage; new pump in June 2002.
Hot water: 50 gallon Bradford White electric hot water heater, new in 2007.
Septic: 1000 gallon, dual chamber, concrete septic, new in July, 2004 (works via gravity and drainage field, no turkey mound)
Roof: Shingled (before I bought the house in 1996)
Appliances: Maytag front-loading washer, new in 2008; Panasonic Spacemaker Dryer, 1997 (washer and dryer located in Bathroom closet; Kitchen Aid dishwasher, new in 2002; GE refrigerator/freezer, new in 2006; Amana glass-top self-cleaning range, new in 2009; Electric garage door opener (but I do not use it and it needs adjusting)
Windows: Anderson windows throughout, including skylights.
