The house is full of art, much of it "built in" and not easily removed (ie. mosaic map of the world on the bathroom wall, National Geographic and map wallpapers on kitchen and bathroom walls, original zerox art wallpaper on "music room" wall, floor panels in the kitchen and the Lincoln bedroom, mosaic wood on walls).

Certain bits of art, "the ceiling" in the back room for instance, will definitely be removed in their entirety. Other things are in an optional borderline area, the "doorcopage" collages for example (10 hollow core doors that have been collaged with intentional imagery, wallpaper paste, and water-based polyurethane on both sides).

No matter what, if you buy this house, you will be purchasing some very hard-to-correct aesthetics along with it. If you don't like those aesthetics up front, it would probably make sense to look elsewhere. Below are some examples of things mentioned above.

Below are examples of the "doorcopage" on ten (removable & replaceable) doors.

Below are some examples of other art that is more "embedded" in the house and hard to remove.

Below is the pièce de résistance of the entire house, the bathtub/shower wall, a broken marble and tile mosaic of our planet's geography.

Below is a collage-effect of "the ceiling" which used to occupy the main room of the house. The ceiling has been removed and its contents dispersed to storage and other destinations.
